Our believes
1. Emotions Are Created by Ourselves, Not External Forces
We believe that the joys and sorrows of life are not controlled or dictated by external forces. Blaming fate, others, or seeking divine intervention cannot change your emotions or your life.
2. Emotions Affect Both Mental and Physical Health
We believe that unaddressed emotions not only impact mental health, leading to psychological distress, but can also cause physical ailments, with severe cases even resulting in life-threatening conditions.
3. Facing Oneself – The First Step in Managing Emotions
In modern society, people often use gadgets, sex, shopping, alcohol, drugs, and gambling to escape from their emotions and avoid confronting themselves. We believe this is because they do not see a way to process emotions. We hope to provide a method that allows individuals to directly face their emotions and inner struggles.
4. Independence and Self-Reliance – The Second Step in Managing Emotions
We believe many people’s emotional struggles stem from dependence. Even when faced with emotional distress, they seek solace in religion, medication, psychics, or mystical practices, believing that attaching themselves to a person or organization will resolve their emotions. We believe that emotions can be managed independently through one’s own strength.
5. Emotions Are a Tool for Spiritual Practice
We believe that not only do we not need to escape from emotions, but we also do not need to fear them. Emotions are merely tools that help us understand our own mind—indeed, they serve as a key to enlightenment.
6. Everyone Can Attain Buddhahood
“How wondrous! All beings possess the wisdom and virtue of the Buddha, but due to delusions and attachments, they fail to realize it.” – The Buddha
We believe that every person has the same wisdom as the Buddha does—we have not lost this wisdom, but have merely become lost in our ways. Through the Buddha’s teachings, we believe that everyone has the ability to overcome their own suffering and live a life of freedom and joy.
